Engineering & IT Specialist
While we have many manual and artisan processes in crafting our cabinetry, it is our IT infrastructure that allows us to be so efficient. There is not a component of our manufacturing process that IT does not play a pivotal role in from design, engineering, ERP maintenance, production software and so much more!

Continuous Improvement Coordinator
A driven and ambitious professional to lead continuous improvement projects across our organization. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Chief Improvement Officer to advance our commitment to operational excellence. Experience in manufacturing environments, particularly in kitchen cabinet production, or those with backgrounds in process engineering, quality assurance, production supervision, project management, lean implementation, or process optimization.
