Honeydew Melon Sorbet

Honeydew Melon Sorbet

Fresh and delicious! If you don't like it to be too sweet then you can substitute the maple syrup with water or orange juice.

Servings: 1-2

Ingredients

- 1 peeled honeydew melon cut into 1/2" cubes

- 3-4 tbsp maple syrup

- 1 tsp lemon juice

Directions

1. Peel and cut melon into 1/2" cubes.

2. Lay out fruit on in a single layer on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.

3. Freeze completely (can be stored in freezer bags).

4. Place frozen melon in a food processor or blender.

5. Pulse to crush the melon into small pieces and add the maple syrup, one tablespoon at a time (while pulsing) to create a smooth texture.

6. Add lemon juice and run blender for a few seconds to mix.

7. Spoon into a bowl and serve immediately or store in the freezer until you are ready to eat it.
